During our peak season, we are expanding our team in Umeå with a new colleague! Take the opportunity to apply for a varied position at Europe's and Sweden's largest tire chain and contribute to making life easier for everyone on the road.

As a Customer Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers at our reception, answering phone calls and emails, processing orders, and handling sales. Our workshops operate at a fast pace during the season, requiring us to work together as a team to provide the best possible service to our customers. You may also assist workshop staff with additional tasks when needed.

The position will be filled at the end of September, and the employment period is approximately 4-6 weeks. On-site training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Enjoys working independently and is ready to jump in when needed
• Has experience in sales and customer service
• Is self-motivated and enjoys a varied workday
• Is administratively skilled and experienced with various systems (considered a merit)

We prioritize safety for both customers and employees, so it is important that you are a careful and responsible person. Of course, you share our interest in vehicles!
