RESPONSIBILITIES

Djupängen is a Special Care Home with twelve departments, several of which are focused on dementia care. We are now looking for assistant nurses for our dementia unit and our somatic departments to strengthen our fantastic team.

As an assistant nurse at Djupängen, you will work closely with our residents and together with your colleagues at the unit to meet the daily needs of the elderly individuals. Your approach will be based on a person-centered attitude, where you consider each individual's unique needs and wishes. You will work in close cooperation with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and the unit manager to ensure high quality care.

You are expected to be able to work based on set goals, take responsibility for different areas of responsibility, follow current routines and guidelines, and perform digital documentation via computer or phone.

The position involves day/evening shifts and every other weekend, which gives you the opportunity to have a varied workday and contribute to security and well-being for our residents during all waking hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a nursing education or other education/experience that we assess as equivalent. You should be able to contribute to giving other people a meaningful life and support them in their daily lives.

It is important to us that you can work both independently and in a team. You should be flexible in your work, able to adapt to existing conditions, and have the ability to prioritize. We value good treatment and good cooperation skills, as well as the ability to put yourself in and understand other people's lives and needs.

We are looking for employees who are positive, engaged, and want to contribute to the development of the operations through participation and responsibility.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
