About Us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare for families with children who have neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF).

NPF stands for neurodevelopmental disorder. The most common conditions include ADHD, Autism, ADD, Asperger's Syndrome (AST), Tourette's Syndrome, and Speech Disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. Working with NPF Barnvakten offers a rewarding, joyful, and incredibly fulfilling part-time job.

The Assignment:

• Number of children and age: 2 children, aged 7 and 3.
• Days and times: Approx. 15 hours/month, distributed across weekdays and weekends.
• Desired start date: Immediately.
• The childcare takes place at the family's home.
• Location: Mölndal.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with children, preferably children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, or similar).
• Is familiar with low-affective interaction and clear/structured pedagogy.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children.
• Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job.
• Is pedagogical, secure, and calm.
• Meritorious: Experience with visual supports/TAKK.

Tasks:

Tasks vary depending on the family's needs. Typical tasks may include:

• Picking up from preschool/school.
• Organizing activities at and outside the home.
• Providing support during excursions.
• Preparing simple meals.
• Night duty.
• Activation, socialization, and respite care.
