WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the municipal healthcare in Lessebo Municipality, we work in teams centered around the patient, together with other professions. As a nurse, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on healthcare interventions provided to patients in both special and ordinary housing, based on a holistic view and patient responsibility. Our care is characterized by a rehabilitative approach based on the patient's needs. You have great opportunities to plan your own time. We use the activity systems Cambio Cosmic, Cambio Viva, and the Appva digital signing system.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics or as a district nurse. We see that you are flexible, positive, and have good teamwork skills.
