Job Responsibilities
Are you an ambitious and proactive technician who is solution-oriented and enjoys providing high-level service? Then we hope you will apply for this position! You enjoy collaborating with colleagues at the facility. A thorough introductory training program is conducted to ensure you get up to speed with the work and the company's production efficiently. Production hours are typically between 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. Planned maintenance and repairs may occur outside normal working hours, both on weekdays and weekends. Additionally, standby work regarding pellet boilers is required. Your main responsibilities: • Be responsible for and perform maintenance and repair of equipment to prevent potential operational disruptions or faults. • Ensure that all machines and the facility are functioning correctly, in good condition, and comply with safety standards. • Identify and locate problems in the event of faults or operational disruptions. Analyze and resolve faults using troubleshooting tools. • Repair, adjust, or replace broken machine parts, both mechanical and electronic. • Meticulously document all performed actions, repairs, replacements, or improvements. • Keep logbooks, update maintenance plans, write technical reports, and participate in fault reporting systems. • Actively participate in and take ownership of points from safety rounds/self-inspections. • Participate in and take ownership of points from our DPM (Daily Performance Management). • Be responsible for the wastewater treatment plant, including sampling. • Ensure that all machines and the facility comply with safety regulations and guidelines. You may also be involved in risk assessments and participate in safety training. • Act as the WECO responsible person, documenting volumes and reading consumption.
Background and Personal Qualities
You are a positive person who likes to ensure things are done right! With a very high sense of service and the ability to prioritize and organize your work, you will succeed! To fit the role, you have: • At least a high school education or equivalent. • Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics. • Knowledge of current regulations and standards. • Lean knowledge. • Good general computer skills. • Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. • Class B driver's license. Meritorious qualifications include: • Experience with PLC control and programming. • Electrician certification. • Welding skills.
