At the Women's Clinic, we have approximately 280 employees. The clinic consists of an integrated maternity ward/delivery department and a gynecological department. Additionally, there are several midwife clinics, gynecological clinics, abortion clinics, a sex and cohabitation clinic (Sesam), and youth clinics in the county.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Assistant, you have a varied and important role where you support both patients and healthcare staff to ensure a smooth and pleasant care environment.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Managing the patient kitchen, preparing for meals and coffee breaks.
• Picking up and delivering food trolleys, as well as serving meals to patients.
• Restocking materials, handling waste, cleaning, and managing infection control.

Working hours involve a rotation between day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend work is also included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a flexible attitude and enjoy working in a service function at the department. The work places high demands on flexibility, as we operate in emergency services where the pace can change quickly. You need to be adaptable and quick to adjust when the situation requires it.

It is also important that you are unpretentious and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks, both simple and more complex. You must also have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.

Previous experience in service, cleaning, or healthcare and care is considered an advantage.
