About the workplace

Food and facility care belong to the Community Development sector and consist of four geographical areas with a total of approximately 70 employees. We are now looking for a facility cleaner for one of our cleaning teams in Henån. You will be based at Henån School and will be part of a team of nine people.

Your responsibilities

The role involves performing daily facility cleaning with high quality according to current cleaning routines. The duties also include kitchen work, as you will be responsible for receiving food and handling dishes for a nearby preschool. Rotating between workplaces and a flexible working approach are part of the daily routine. Since the work is performed on client premises, it is important that you are attentive and have a strong customer focus. The work is mobile and varied.

About you

This job suits you if you want to take personal responsibility and work with facility care and service. You thrive with varied tasks and plan your work independently.

Vocational training in facility care (e.g., Pryl) or other relevant education is meritorious, as is previous experience in facility cleaning.

You are engaged, have a high level of service, and treat customers, colleagues, and others you meet in your professional role with respect. You collaborate well with others to complete tasks and achieve goals, and you adapt easily to changing conditions. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel if required.

You have a holistic view, are flexible in your work, see opportunities, and take initiative to drive operations forward together with your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
