About the Role As a Grinder, you will be responsible for the finishing of steel and metal products. Your main tasks include grinding, deburring, and completing materials according to drawings and quality requirements. You will work with both handheld and stationary grinding machines, ensuring that all products meet high standards before being delivered to customers.

The work takes place in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are integral parts of everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Grinding and deburring of steel and metal products.
• Finishing work according to drawings and specifications.
• Visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards.
• Handling of materials and tools.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and a safe working environment in production.

About You

• Experience with grinding, metalworking, or other industrial work, or a strong interest in hands-on tasks.
• Bridge crane license (Mandatory).
• Detailed-oriented, quality-driven, and responsible.
• Comfortable with physical work and possesses strong teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications that would be a plus: Experience with reading technical drawings or a forklift license.
