About the role
As Scrum Master for Central Monitoring, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and tracking the team's daily work. The team manages several central platforms used to monitor and assess the health of applications and IT environments. You will continuously identify, analyze, and prioritize technical vulnerabilities in the IT environment, as well as manage the Swedish Tax Agency's central case management system.
In this role, you lead a team where each member is an expert in their respective technical field. Through agile leadership, you prioritize work, track cases and incidents, and drive improvement initiatives and collaborations with other teams. You support the team in applying agile ways of working, establishing team rules, estimating workloads, and reporting progress. You also facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. As Scrum Master, you handle communication and coordination with other development teams and support the planning and execution of joint development roadmaps.

You will join the Swedish Tax Agency's Technical Services (STT) in Sundbyberg or Gothenburg. We are responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for several government agencies.
About you

In this position, you are expected to:

- express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
You should also have:
- relevant post-secondary education in IT, or several years of relevant work experience in the field
- several years of current and relevant experience leading or coaching teams
- several years of current and relevant experience working agile.
It is advantageous if you have recent experience with observability platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Experience working in a complex IT environment within a large organization is also desirable.
Good to know
This is a permanent position that may begin with a six-month probation period.
The role may require placement in a security classification. A background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted prior to the employment decision. Swedish citizenship is required for some security-classified tasks.
