About the Role

As a Spotter, you play a crucial role in maintaining safety on site. You work directly within operations, responsible for monitoring activities, identifying risks, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring site safety

• Identifying and reporting risks and deviations

• Communicating with work crews and contractors

• Ensuring work is carried out according to current instructions and procedures

• Contributing to a safe and well-organized working environment

The role involves extensive standing and walking, making good physical stamina essential.

About You

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and has a strong safety mindset.

You have:

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Strong teamwork skills

• Good physical fitness

• A structured and meticulous working approach

Bonus Qualifications

The following would be considered a plus:

• Experience from construction, industrial, or project environments

• Experience working with safety or occupational health issues

• Experience in roles responsible for monitoring procedures or safety work
