Do you want to be part of an exciting growth journey where the goal is to double our turnover – and where your work has a direct impact on the business?

HYDAC Sweden is in an expansion phase with clear direction, high tempo, and great opportunities. We are now looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator who wants to contribute to making marketing and sales work seamlessly in everyday life – from planning to execution.

About the role

The role is operational and close to the business. You work hands-on with everything from content and materials to coordination and follow-up. In our growth phase, your ability to create structure, drive activities, and ensure delivery is crucial.

You work closely with the Head of Marketing and an experienced team where direction and priorities are already clear – your task is to make things happen.

We are part of an international group and combine global strength with local presence. The work is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office.

Your responsibilities

You work broadly within marketing and sales support, with a focus on structure, production, and follow-up:

  • Support our active intranet (publishing, internal support as needed)
  • Write and edit simple content (news, customer cases, product sheets)
  • Work operationally with LinkedIn (simple publishing, tagging, follow-up) (SoMe coordinator is available)
  • Coordinate giveaways and merchandise, as well as purchasing
  • Manage brochures, print materials, and event materials
  • Support events (planning, logistics, setup/takedown) (Event coordinator is available)
  • Manage schedules, checklists, and reports, and ensure they are followed
  • Support digital initiatives (including HYDAC Digital)
  • Ensure materials follow HYDAC's graphic profile, for example by editing presentations
  • Follow up on KPIs and create monthly overviews

A week can contain everything from finalizing sales presentations and publishing content, to ensuring materials are ready for an event and following up on campaign results.

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where structure, precision, and execution are in focus:

  • Experience in a similar role within marketing/sales support (approx. 2–5 years)
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and handle multiple activities in parallel
  • Accustomed to working practically with content, publishing, and material production
  • Good understanding of how marketing supports the sales organization
  • Very good structure, precision, and attention to detail
  • Independent in your working style and confident in taking responsibility for delivery
  • Good communication skills in both text and presentation
  • Accustomed to collaborating with different functions, including the sales team
  • Comfortable in an international environment
  • Ability and willingness to understand technical products and translate them into customer benefits

You like to create order, get things in place, and ensure that what is planned is also executed.

Meritorious

  • Experience from B2B or a technical company
  • Competence in Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with CMS, intranet, or digital platforms
  • Accustomed to following up on KPIs and campaigns
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads

We look forward to your application!
