Service Technician at Lufttema – Part of Pema Partner

About the Role

Lufttema is in an exciting growth phase where we, together with Pema Partner, are strengthening our offer within ventilation and air handling. Our ambition is to be an obvious total partner for property owners, municipalities, and companies.

As a service technician, you are responsible for service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ventilation systems for our contractual customers. You work with planned service interventions, corrective maintenance, and fault reports, ensuring that our customers receive a professional delivery with high quality.

The role also includes planning and coordinating work together with colleagues and, if necessary, coordinating subcontractors. You work independently while being an important part of our team and contributing to developing our customer relationships through a professional and solution-oriented approach.

We are looking for you who

• have experience with ventilation and air handling
• are service-oriented and have professional customer handling
• are responsible, proactive, and quality-conscious
• enjoy working both independently and together with others
• have good computer skills and document your work in a structured way
• have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have:

• OVK certification (Mandatory Ventilation Control)
• experience with balancing (injustering)
• knowledge within control and regulation technology
• experience in team leading or project management within ventilation

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period.

Location: Linköping/Kinda Municipality/Norrköping.

Travel is included in the role.
