Are you looking for a flexible part-time job on weekdays where you can develop within insurance and sales? Safely is growing rapidly and is looking for more driven colleagues to join our team in Solna.

You easily select your available working shifts via our booking app and intranet. This role is perfect for those who want to combine work with studies, training, or other commitments.

As an insurance sales agent, you contact private individuals via phone and help them find the right security solutions, such as accident and illness coverage.

You work using our dialer system and receive ongoing support, coaching, and training from your personal sales coach. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement — we train you from scratch.

The work takes place on weekdays during office hours. You book available shifts via our booking app:

• 08:30–12:30

• 08:30–13:00

• 10:30–17:30

• 13:15–17:30

• 08:30–17:30

• Paid training and the opportunity to become licensed in insurance (IDD)

• Fixed hourly base salary plus commission according to our compensation model

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Fluent Swedish in both speaking and writing

• Comfort with customer contact via phone

• Ability to work on-site in Solna/Stockholm

• A willingness to learn and develop
