What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/confectionery picker for a longer-term temporary position due to studies, where you will be responsible for Cloetta's loose and natural candy sections in various stores in Northern Stockholm and surrounding areas.

The role involves working independently, meaning you work alone in the store during your shifts. You follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and ensure that the loose and natural candy sections are well-stocked and present a sales-friendly appearance.
• Pick products from the store's warehouse.
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections.
• Place orders for goods according to established routines.
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic.
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Access to a personal car during all work shifts (mandatory).
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks as planned.
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency.
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice.
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and a lot of movement.

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or store work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment conditions:

The position is a longer-term temporary role of approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours. The work is to start as soon as possible, but no later than week 33. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Svensk Handel and the Swedish Union for Shop and Office Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
