At Crew 4 You, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef for exciting seasonal assignments across the country – ahead of the upcoming summer season!
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience as a Sous Chef, who is confident in their role and accustomed to taking responsibility in the kitchen. You thrive in high-tempo environments and always maintain focus on quality, structure, and team spirit.
We value your broad competence in à la carte, lunch service, and traditional Swedish cuisine, as well as your flexibility and ability to create a positive and well-organized work environment. As a Sous Chef, you are a natural leader who motivates the team and ensures smooth operations.
An exciting season awaits where you will have the opportunity to develop, be inspired, and work at some of Sweden's most attractive destinations.
Start: Immediately or as agreed
End: As agreed
Working Hours: Day & evening shifts, including weekends.
Employment Level: Full-time, seasonal.
Accommodation: Arranged based on location and season.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
