You will step into an assignment where an established solution for data and analysis needs to be reviewed in its entirety. The environment is based on a city-wide data warehouse in Microsoft SQL Server with Qlik Sense as the primary BI tool, and as the platform has grown, so has the complexity. There is now a clear need to analyze the entire chain from data ingestion and transformation to visualization and usage.

The focus is on creating a long-term sustainable, manageable, and efficient analysis environment with high stability, good data quality, and a better user experience. You work broadly across technical architecture, user-friendliness, platform strategy, development process, and maintenance, contributing both with technical analysis and concrete improvements. This is a role for you who want to combine architecture, analysis, and hands-on improvement work in a business where data is used to strengthen monitoring and decision-making.

• You conduct a technical analysis of the entire BI and analysis platform, from data ingestion to visualization.
• You analyze architecture, data flows, transformations, quality assurance, and automation to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• You develop concrete recommendations on how the environment can become more sustainable, manageable, and efficient over time.
• You drive improvements in user-friendliness and accessibility so that the solution works better for the organization's users.
• You contribute to decision-making regarding platform strategy, development process, system maintenance, API Management, and testing.
• You implement selected action proposals when possible and ensure that the changes can be maintained long-term.

• At least five (5) years of documented experience working with modern information and data architecture.
• At least three (3) years of documented experience with analysis platforms based on Microsoft SQL Server and Qlik Sense.
• Documented experience from at least two (2) assignments where AI has been used as support for analysis, monitoring, or code development.
• Documented experience in data processing, transformation, quality assurance, and automation of data flows in data warehouse or BI solutions, from at least one (1) completed assignment within the last five (5) years.
• Documented experience in API Management from at least one (1) assignment.
• At least three (3) years of documented experience in system development and system maintenance.
• Documented experience in test management or leading testing work from at least one (1) assignment.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• At least one (1) completed assignment within upper secondary or adult education where statistics or reporting were included.
• At least one (1) completed assignment within municipal operations.
• At least one (1) completed assignment involving the design or further development of solutions focused on usability and accessibility.
• At least one (1) completed assignment involving technical analysis or architecture review of a BI or analysis platform.
• At least one (1) completed assignment involving the development of improvement proposals and the implementation of improvement measures within BI or analysis platforms.
