Do you want to help build Victoriahem's internal IT support?
We are now looking for an IT Support Technician who wants to become an important part of our continued development. We are bringing our service desk in-house and are looking for you who want to work close to the business, make a real difference for your colleagues, and help develop our internal support function. With us, you will have a varied role where you combine technical problem-solving with a strong service focus.

About the role
As an IT Support Technician, you will become part of our IT team and the first point of contact for approximately 500 internal users distributed across around 30 offices throughout Sweden. You will help colleagues with everything from user accounts and the Microsoft environment to computers, printers, networks, and mobile devices.
This is far from a role where you just sit on the phone. When you are not handling incoming tickets, you work with onboarding and offboarding, prepare computers and phones, administer user accounts and permissions, and contribute to developing our internal processes.
No day is the same, and you need to be able to prioritize between different types of tickets and quickly switch focus when the business needs you.

We believe in the strength of working together. Therefore, the role is fully office-based, and we do not offer remote work. This creates the best conditions for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a really good support experience for our colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in IT support or service desk and feels confident in a broad support role. You have worked in Microsoft environments and enjoy combining technical problem-solving with a high service focus. We would like you to have experience with both first- and second-line support as well as a broad technical understanding.

We expect you to have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint)
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Microsoft Azure
• Windows clients
• Networking (LAN, WiFi, and VPN)
• Management of iOS and Android devices
• Ticketing systems (preferably Topdesk or similar)

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and enjoy helping others.
