Do you want to create pleasant and well-maintained living environments? HSB Norra Götaland is looking for a Property Caretaker for Vänersborg. We are looking for you who have a great interest in gardening, green area maintenance, and service. With us, you will get a varied job where you contribute to making our residential areas well-maintained, attractive, and safe for our residents.

Responsibilities

As a Property Caretaker, you work with both external and internal property maintenance. Your main tasks are:

• Garden and green area maintenance
• Planting, pruning, and weed control
• Mowing grass and maintaining outdoor areas
• Minor repairs and property maintenance
• Handling fault reports
• Customer contact and service to residents

In winter, on-call duty for snow removal and ice control is included.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in property, garden, or green area maintenance
• Have a Property Caretaker education or work experience considered equivalent
• Are service-oriented and have good cooperation skills
• Take responsibility and work independently
• Have good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

Meritorious: Brush cutter or chainsaw certificate, education in gardening or tree pruning, and knowledge of basic property maintenance.
