Local Cleaning Services in Nora is currently looking for cleaning staff to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to support the group during absences and during expanded assignments.

We are a team of cleaners with broad experience and valuable knowledge. Job Responsibilities

Your duties include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care, both manually and with machines. The work is characterized by variety, flexibility, and sometimes a high pace. You will become part of a team that supports and helps each other. The operations are constantly working to develop cleaning methods and the use of chemicals. During absences, you may also be required to cover other operations with short notice and prioritize according to our routines.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Previous work experience in the cleaning profession. The employer assesses the relevance of previous experience.
• You must have sufficient proficiency in Swedish to follow work instructions, safety regulations, routines, and to communicate with colleagues and others in the operations.
• Digital skills are required as we use digital tools daily.
• Valid B-driver's license

Training in cleaning is considered an advantage.

The work requires you to be flexible and service- and customer-oriented. You must enjoy working in new environments, be able to work independently, and have the ability to plan and replan your work efficiently. The work is physically demanding. Furthermore, it is important that you have good cooperation skills, are relationship-building and solution-focused, and value meticulous work.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Start date: 2026-07-27 (Selection is ongoing, start date by agreement, ends 2027-01-01).
