About the Role

We are looking for an experienced move-out cleaner who can work independently and maintain high quality without needing detailed supervision. You will clean apartments prior to inspection and move-in, often following our 40-point checklist, ensuring every home is left in top condition.

You will drive between assignments in one of our company vehicles, so a driver's license is required.

Who We Are Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who already knows move-out cleaning and understands what is required for an apartment to pass inspection.

• Experience with move-out cleaning – mandatory
• An eye for detail, as details make the overall impression
• Self-motivated, you take responsibility and solve issues on-site
• High service level and friendly customer interaction
• Thorough, responsible, and reliable
• Can work both independently and in a team

Requirements:

• Driver's License (Category B) – mandatory, we provide vehicles for work
• Cleaning experience, preferably in move-out cleaning
• Good physical fitness
• Basic Swedish for customer contact
