About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable electrician to join our team and ensure that the electrical infrastructure of our indoor precision farming facility operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the electrical systems that power our automated growing environment. We prefer candidates who are certified electricians or have at least 3 years of practical experience working as an electrician.

Responsibilities

Required:

• Install, assemble, and commission electrical components, distribution boards, and equipment
• Conduct inspections, tests, and safety checks on electrical systems
• Detect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults
• Ensure all electrical work complies with current safety regulations and standards
• Maintain and monitor overall electrical safety at the facility and on equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and operational activities in shift reports
• Respond to alarms according to a rotating on-call schedule
• Collaborate with automation and farm technicians to ensure uninterrupted operations

Preferred:

• Experience designing and installing industrial distribution boards and cabling for sensors and conveyor systems
• Experience reading and modifying electrical schematics in CAD programs
• Knowledge of low-voltage-based automation systems, sensors, and PLCs
• Interest in sustainable agriculture or tech-driven farming

Qualifications

• Certified electrician preferred; alternatively, at least 3 years of documented practical experience as an electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and using diagnostic tools
• Technically minded, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, even under pressure
• Comfortable with English (corporate language); Swedish is a plus
