About the Role
As an Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Corporate Services, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate clients who wish to modernize their telephony, switchboards, and communication systems.
You drive the business from initial contact through to closing and follow-up, supported by established processes, CRM tools, and colleagues with extensive experience in the field.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Prospecting and developing new corporate clients (B2B)
Conducting needs analysis regarding telephony, switchboards, and communication solutions
Presenting and packaging solutions that create business value for the customer
Preparing quotes, driving deals to closure, and following up
Building long-term customer relationships and managing your own customer portfolio
Collaborating with internal teams to provide holistic delivery to the customer
Who We Are Looking For

We believe you:
Have experience in sales (preferably B2B or service sales)
Are accustomed to working towards goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline
Enjoy business dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and face-to-face customer meetings
Like consultative sales and relationship building
Speak and write fluent Swedish
Meritorious:
Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
Proficiency in CRM and structured sales work
