Focusing on our innovative lifts for forklifts, you will be the person who builds and develops collaborations with distributors worldwide – with Western Europe as the first step. You will work closely with decision-makers, influence our international growth, and represent a Swedish technology company known for high quality, extensive expertise, and products that stand out in the market.

About Dendro Lift

Dendro Lift has over 50 years of experience providing safe and ergonomic lifts for heavy vehicles and industry. We currently hold the largest market position, and this is no coincidence. Our technology is crucial for public transport to function. An X2000 train is 156 meters long – how cool is it that we have the solution capable of lifting the entire train off the ground?

We supply both Swedish and European customers. Dendro Lift is part of a larger corporate group together with Ljungsarps Mekaniska and Vaggeryds Maskin, where Swedish-made lifts are produced through Vaggeryds Maskin. The group generates a turnover of approximately 190 million SEK, and the team in Uppsala consists of eight people – but our impact is significantly greater than that.

Focus of the Role

As International Partner Manager, you are responsible for developing and strengthening Dendro Lift’s international distributor network for our forklift lifts. This is a role where relationships are at the center. You help our partners succeed in their local markets and become a vital link between Dendro Lift and the distributors.

Your workdays will vary between business development, partner dialogues, customer visits, and international travel. Approximately 95 percent of the work has an international focus.

You will, among other things:

  • develop and build our international distributor network
  • identify and establish new partners in prioritized markets
  • develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors
  • support partners with product knowledge, training, and sales materials
  • track sales, business opportunities, and market potential
  • represent Dendro Lift at partner visits, customer meetings, and international trade fairs
  • collaborate closely with management, technology, and marketing to develop our offering.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in international B2B sales, partner management, or the development of distributor networks. You have built businesses through long-term relationships and thrive in a role that combines business development with an operational approach.

To succeed in this role, you have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as a good technical understanding and an interest in technical products. You are accustomed to working systematically with prospecting, follow-up, and business development, and you see international travel as a natural part of the job.

Experience from the forklift industry, workshop equipment, or other technical industrial products is a plus. Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is also considered an asset.
