About the role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving, planning, and executing sales activities. You build and develop long-term customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies for increased sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitors, as well as offering solutions within the lift segment – from platform lifts to modernizations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Staying updated on regulations and standards that affect our business.
- Developing and maintaining your product and technical expertise to provide customers with the best possible advice.
- Identifying areas for improvement in sales-related processes and contributing to our continuous improvement work.
- Actively participating in dialogues and collaborations within the Sales and Technical teams to drive joint development.
The role is based in Uppsala, where we have a significant business area requiring continuous presence in the office and close collaboration with colleagues. At the same time, you are responsible for developing business in Stockholm, Uppsala, and the rest of the Mälardalen region, which involves regular travel within the region.
We are looking for you who:
- Have documented experience in sales, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Are results-oriented, energetic, and a skilled communicator who enjoys creating and developing business.
- Have a driver's license and like working proactively with customer visits and business development.
If you also have technical understanding of lifts (platform lifts, shaftless lifts, hydraulic lifts) and experience with modernization, it can be an advantage. Your personal qualities will be decisive.
