You will step into a key role in a technologically advanced product development environment where verification and validation are crucial to ensure solutions work as intended in practice. Here, you will work closely with development and become the technical expert who holds the V&V work together at the subsystem and system level, from requirement reviews to conducted tests and clear decision-making support.

The role combines practical work in test environments with a strong focus on quality. You contribute with structure, methodology, and technical guidance while collaborating closely with development, system, project, and product teams to ensure the right quality at the right time. This is a role for you who want to influence both test strategy, technical decisions, and final product quality.

• You proactively review requirements and risks and recommend suitable verification and measurement methods.
• You develop, review, and follow up on plans for verification and validation.
• You analyze results and produce fact-based recommendations and decision-making support in the form of analyses, reports, and materials for technical forums.
• You act as a technical reference for test equipment, test environments, and configuration, taking into account occupational health and safety aspects.
• You ensure that verification and validation activities are carried out according to test specifications, processes, and quality requirements.
• You represent the user and customer perspective in the development work and ensure it is followed through the entire development cycle.
• You collaborate closely with development, system, project, and product teams to create the right quality in the right phase.
• You monitor the status of machines in test environments, including configuration and maintenance.

• Several years of experience in Verification & Validation, testing, or quality assurance within product development.
• Very good understanding of requirements management, risk analysis, and test methodology.
• Experience working with machines in test environments and technical verification activities.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate clear, fact-based recommendations.
• A structured approach and good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical specialists and business representatives.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Ability to undergo drug testing prior to the assignment.
