You do not need prior sales experience – we teach you from scratch. What matters most is that you have energy, are willing to reach out, and have the drive to develop. ⚡ Several of our top salespeople come from backgrounds in service, construction, or other practical trades.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤝

As a sales representative, you will meet homeowners in their homes, at events, and at trade shows. You will listen to their needs, present energy-smart solutions, build trust with the customer, and help them make the right decision.

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, 6-month probation period
SALARY: Guaranteed salary + performance-based compensation
