Hemsund is Sweden's first comprehensive platform for home health. We help Swedish households test for water, radon, mold, and air quality, and understand what the results mean for them and their families. About the roleAs an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Advisor at Hemsund, you will be one of the voices helping Swedish households understand their home environment. You are our customers' first point of contact across our various communication channels and play a key role in how customers perceive our brand. You advise on which test best suits the customer's home, explain what a test result means, outline the next steps, and explain why testing their home is worthwhile. You also proactively reach out to new and existing customers. A central part of the role is customer satisfaction, and you are responsible for responding to customer reviews on external review platforms and providing feedback to the organization.
In addition to customer contact, you coordinate deliveries and monitor inventory levels. You report to the Operations Manager and become a key person in ensuring that Hemsund's customers always receive an answer they can trust.
Your missionDaily customer support and follow-up on test results via email and phone
Respond to customer reviews and relay improvement suggestions internally
Proactive contact via phone with new and existing customers
Delivery coordination and ongoing inventory management
Maintain and further develop customer email templates and process documentation
You are structured and detail-oriented, equally comfortable in a proactive sales call as you are in calming an anxious customer. You take initiative, thrive on variety, and do not need to be told what to do. Like Hemsund, you are down-to-earth and honest: you explain complex matters in a simple way, without exaggeration or fear-mongering.
We believe you have:
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a similar operational role, preferably within e-commerce or B2C
Experience with customer service/case management systems (e.g., Gorgias), Office/Excel, and order systems
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English
Experience from a startup or smaller company, as well as from the health, testing, or consumer industries, is a plus

Employment termsThe position is a permanent full-time role with a monthly salary, starting with a 6-month probation period.
