Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Project Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation program
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and overall delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Drive the implementation of SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot Studio, and a new LMS
• Plan and manage migration from existing collaboration and learning platforms
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
• Coordinate business transformation activities for a large employee population
• Ensure successful rollout of the new digital workplace
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget
• Drive continuous communication and alignment throughout the implementation

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT transformation programs
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation projects
• Strong experience managing SharePoint implementation and migration projects
• Experience leading digital workplace transformation initiatives
• Strong project planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing enterprise-wide platform migrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead complex projects from initiation through successful completion
