• You coordinate and follow up on documentation deliveries from suppliers.
• You ensure that technical documentation meets legal requirements, standards, and internal procedures.
• You handle the receipt, storage, and archiving of documents in relevant systems.
• You support projects related to machine investments and changes in production equipment.
• You develop and improve procedures for document management and information structure.
• You act as user support and train users in PLM/Windchill.
• You create and maintain product structures and metadata in relevant systems.

• You have a genuine interest in technology and a good understanding of industrial operations.
• You work in a structured, careful, and methodical manner in environments with complex information.
• You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders.
• You take responsibility, drive your work forward, and thrive working independently.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Experience with technical documentation.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Knowledge of PLM/Windchill.
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive.
