About the RoleDo you want to work close to technology, production, and systems in a role where structure truly makes a difference? Here, you are responsible for ensuring that technical documentation for production equipment maintains the right quality, complies with relevant requirements, and is available in a way that works in everyday life. You become a key link between suppliers, projects, and internal users, focusing on creating order in complex information and making document flows more efficient.

You work in an industrial environment with many contact surfaces, where you both support ongoing projects and contribute to developing working methods, system support, and information structure. Responsibilities- You coordinate and follow up on documentation deliveries from suppliers.
- You ensure that technical documentation meets legal requirements, standards, and internal procedures.
- You handle the receipt, storage, and archiving of documents in relevant systems.
- You support projects related to machine investments and changes in production equipment.
- You develop and improve procedures for document management and information structure.
- You act as user support and train users in PLM/Windchill.
- You create and maintain product structures and metadata in relevant systems.
- You have a genuine interest in technology and a good understanding of industrial operations.
- You work in a structured, careful, and methodical manner in environments with complex information.
- You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders.
- You take responsibility, drive your work forward, and thrive working independently.
- You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with technical documentation.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Knowledge of PLM/Windchill.
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive.
