Retail Assistant

ICA Kvantum Vallentuna is now looking for new retail assistants to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and strives to exceed customer expectations. About the role

As a retail assistant, you will become an important part of our team. You will usually have a primary department but should also be prepared to work in various departments, such as:

• Checkout and customer service
• Picking and stocking in grocery, delicatessen, dairy, fruit & vegetables, and bakery.
• Bake-off
• Ordering and handling goods
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized store
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• Is solution-oriented, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a team
• Is flexible, interested in learning multiple departments, and available to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Has previous experience in retail or similar roles (advantageous but not a requirement)

ICA Kvantum Vallentuna is located in the heart of Vallentuna Center. The store places a strong focus on our fresh food departments. We are a dynamic team of approximately 70 employees serving our customers seven days a week, with working hours between 06:00 – 22:10.

Employment: Part-time, approx. 15 hours/week. Probation period of 6 months. Salary according to agreement. Working every other weekend is included.
