As a Customer Coordinator, you are responsible for following up with existing customers and ensuring that customer information is updated in the company's CRM system.
You will have access to the company's email and phone to handle incoming calls and emails regarding new orders, customer inquiries, and bookings. The role also involves helping customers with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and ensuring professional and efficient customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow-up with existing customers.
- Updating and administering the CRM system.
- Handling incoming calls and emails.
- Registering and following up on new orders.
- Booking and coordinating customer meetings.
- Supporting customers before, during, and after scheduled meetings.
- Ensuring a high level of service and effective customer communication.
