We are now looking for an engaged coordinator for Eneby Service Housing! Do you want to combine close work with our residents with the opportunity to develop the operations and create conditions for quality, structure, and alignment within the work group? Then this might be the job for you.
At Eneby Service Housing, you will have a key role where, together with the operations manager and colleagues, you contribute to developing the operations and ensuring that our working methods maintain high quality. With us, you have the opportunity to make a real difference – both for the people we support and for your colleagues. This is a part-time position at 82%.
About Eneby Service Housing
Eneby is an LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) service housing that caters to individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum or intellectual disabilities. The facility is located at Eneby Centre, close to public transport. We are a small work group with extensive experience in challenging behaviors such as verbal and physical aggression, self-harm, suicidal behavior, anxiety issues, and some substance abuse problems.
About the Role
In the role of coordinator, you work closely with the residents and base your actions on their individual needs, wishes, and goals. You provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach and work to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental everyday life.
In addition to direct work with the residents, you have a special responsibility to strengthen the quality and structure of the operations. You serve as a role model in daily work and contribute to clarifying routines, working methods, and expectations within the work group. Through your presence in the operations, you support colleagues in pedagogical work and contribute to a shared understanding of how we work to provide the best possible support to our residents.
Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evening, weekends, and on-call sleeping shifts.
As a coordinator, you will among other things:
- Ensure that implementation plans, risk assessments, and documentation are up-to-date and of good quality.
- Follow up to ensure that decided working methods and routines are followed in daily work.
- Be a support for colleagues in pedagogical matters and in dealing with users with complex support needs.
- Contribute to planning and coordinating daily work to create continuity and structure.
- Participate in development and quality work together with the operations manager.
- Be responsible for ensuring that important information is communicated and followed up within the work group.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of the operations based on the users' needs and the operations' goals.
Your Experience and Knowledge
You have a high school education in care and nursing or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, are accustomed to documenting, and feel confident working with digital tools.
We would appreciate it if you had experience working within LSS and with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities. If you also have experience in coordinating roles, supervising colleagues, or quality work, it is a merit.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Are secure, driven, and unpretentious.
- Have natural leadership skills and the ability to create engagement in others.
- Enjoy taking responsibility and driving issues forward.
- Have a good ability to create structure and clarity.
- Are solution-focused and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
- Have a strong commitment to people and want to contribute to the success of both residents and colleagues.
At Nytida, we are in constant development. With us, you can grow as a person while making a difference for others. Our culture is permeated by our values – respect, responsibility, simplicity, and knowledge.
What you get with us:
- Basic training when you are hired permanently at Nytida, as well as competence development through our own training organization, Lära.
- A benefits portal with discounts and offers.
- Leadership-trained managers close to you.
- A common pedagogy to provide the best care and support to our clients.
- Career and development opportunities.
