Tempo Lidingö is now looking to hire a skilled employee on a full-time basis who enjoys serving customers in-store and has an eye for detail.

Tempo is part of the AXFOOD group, which includes brands such as Willys, Hemköp, and Tempo.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, forward-thinking, and enjoys customer service. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy varied work with a fast pace. You must be reliable, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. Since you will be selling tobacco and lottery tickets, you must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

To be a good fit for us, you should enjoy developing yourself and learning new things. You should also be willing to take responsibility, as this role includes being in charge of one of the store's most important departments: fruits and vegetables.

What does the role involve?

Working in a retail store is highly varied and dynamic. At Tempo Lidingö, we support each other, and you can expect to collaborate with colleagues. Your tasks will include restocking shelves, working at the checkout, handing out packages, and assisting customers with questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the fruits and vegetables department, which is a key responsibility.

Retail work is physically demanding, involving a fast pace and frequent lifting of goods. However, if you love meeting people and have an interest in retail, you will feel right at home with us.

Working Hours:

Monday–Wednesday 08:00–16:00, and Saturday–Sunday 09:00–17:00.

This position includes a 6-month probationary period.
