Do you have experience in service-related work and want to work in an administrative and coordinating role? In this position, you will combine administration with external customer contact and play a key role in keeping the logistics flow running.

About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment for six months. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment and permanent hiring by the client. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

Responsibilities

As a Booking Administrator, you are responsible for administering, registering, and documenting incoming flows. You primarily work with corporate clients, where you receive delivery information and subsequently create an order for internal processing. You handle cases via both phone and email, and you will also work with many recurring customers. Your role can be described as an administrative and coordinating function aimed at creating an efficient logistics flow together with your colleagues.

You will receive onboarding regarding routines, systems, and working methods before working independently.

  • Administer, register, and document incoming flows
  • Work primarily with corporate clients
  • Receive delivery information and create internal orders
  • Handle cases via both phone and email
  • Maintain ongoing contact with recurring customers
  • Act as an administrative and coordinating link

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Experience in administrative work as well as service-related work, such as retail or customer service
  • Good computer and system proficiency
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), good proficiency in English (spoken and written)
