Reed Cutting Employee / Outdoor Environment Worker (Seasonal)

Do you want to work independently in a very pleasant environment? Then this is the job for you.

About the job: Our main task is reed cutting during the period of June to October. The work is primarily carried out from a specially built machine that you will operate. Previous experience operating construction machinery is an advantage, but not required. We provide tailored training before the season starts.

Our assignments also include other common tasks performed in connection with reed cutting.

The employment is a seasonal contract from August to October. During the season, we work every day of the week, which means we operate on a shift system. A significant part of the work takes place away from home, involving overnight stays.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate is responsible, service-oriented, and takes pride in doing a good job. Experience with customer contact is an advantage. You must be able to work both in a team and independently.

A Category B driver's license is required. Category BE is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for this position.

Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who can take initiative and work autonomously. You should be able to make quick decisions, work efficiently without constant supervision, and diagnose and solve problems accurately. You should maintain high standards for quality and safety.
