Västmanlands Fastighetsskötsel AB is a well-established property maintenance company founded in 1982 and has been run by the Magnusson family since 1990. The company has had a stable and positive development since its inception and today holds a strong position in both exterior and interior property maintenance. Since 2019, the company is part of PHM Group.

We are now looking for an engaged gardener who wants to be part of the team in Västerås.

As a gardener, you will be responsible for your own area in Västerås. During the season, you will primarily work with the maintenance and development of green areas. Your tasks may include:

• Renewal pruning

• Fertilizing

• Dressing

• General maintenance of plantings and green areas

During the off-season, you will work with various tasks within property maintenance.

You have a great deal of responsibility and plan your own workdays, which suits you if you are self-driven and structured. The workday starts at the local office where you and your colleagues review the day's planning. The position includes a service vehicle, which means that a B driver's license (manual) is a requirement.

Working hours: Weekdays 07:00–16:00 Extent: Full-time Start: By agreement

You will start your employment as a hired consultant for six months, with the ambition to subsequently transition to a direct employment with Västmanlands Fastighetsskötsel.

• Chainsaw and brush cutter certification
