Your responsibilities
As a Pawn Broker at Sefina, you are an important part of our team and operations. Your main tasks involve valuing and lending against valuables such as gold, jewelry, and art. You also work with customer service, sales, and administration.
In addition, you participate in preparations for auctions, conduct inventories, and take part in various development projects. The work is varied and dynamic, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey, contribute to satisfied customers, and be an engaged team player who helps create a positive work environment. As a Pawn Broker, you are Sefina's face to the public. You meet customers daily, both digitally and in-store, and handle their valuables with the utmost responsibility, precision, and security.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Self-motivated – you have experience in retail and take on new tasks and systems with ease.
Merits:
- Previous experience working with valuables and valuation.
- Experience in roles where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance was a natural part of the job.
To work in our stores, it is important that you have experience with and feel comfortable working independently in a retail environment. You must also be at least 18 years old and have completed upper secondary education. Since customer service is a central part of the role, experience working in retail, banking, or similar service industries is required. Cash register experience, good computer skills, and experience with the Office package are merits. You must be fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and additional language skills are a plus.
Important information about the role
The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a 6-month probation period. Working hours follow the store's opening hours, involving shifts during the day, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Full-time corresponds to 38.5 hours per week. The salary is set individually based on experience and competence.
