We are in the midst of an exciting development phase with the construction of a new health and administration building. The planned move-in date is May 2027, and we look forward to putting into use a modern, high-tech building, specifically adapted to provide safe, efficient, and good care services.

The position is a permanent employment at 65% with scheduled working hours and work every third weekend.

Our care operations consist of both a nursing home and home care services, and we work closely together to ensure cohesive and good care processes. The nursing home has two departments with a total of 18 places, where one department is specialized for patients with cognitive impairment. On our largest department, we offer short-term places, rehabilitation, respite care, and permanent housing.

Responsibilities:

• Work at the nursing home
• Phone duty for home healthcare and security alarms during night shifts
• Contribute to ensuring good and safe care and support services for our user group, and ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with quality requirements and legislation
• Responsible for nursing observations, measures, and follow-up of patients
• Document in the current professional system
• Contribute to good collaboration with patients and relatives
• Be an active driving force for creating a good work environment and contribute to collaboration across professional boundaries
• Participate in development processes
• Responsible for introduction and professional supervision of colleagues

Qualifications:

• Swedish or Norwegian nursing license
• Proficiency in Scandinavian languages in speech and writing
• Good digital competence
• Class B driver's license
• Satisfactory extract from the criminal record must be presented
• Personal suitability will be given great importance
