We are looking for a Sous Chef with at least 4 years of documented experience who is a team player and has a strong passion for the profession. We are a cozy bistro/brasserie with a French touch, as well as Scandinavian and international influences. You should have a passion for cooking, be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, stress-resistant (able to pick up the pace and maintain tempo), honest, reliable, and punctual.

The role involves ordering supplies (good command of Swedish is required), receiving deliveries, preparing and refining raw ingredients, suggesting and cooking dishes, post-service tasks, handovers, and cleaning.

The restaurant is open Monday–Saturday for lunch and dinner. We are closed on Sundays, except on Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Advent Sundays. Employment is governed by Visitas and HRF regulations and guidelines, and we are affiliated with Fora.

Care is just as important among the staff as it is towards our guests. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lund, with bus and train connections within a 5-minute distance.
