ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for several personal assistants for our client in Vännäs. We have 3 positions: 1 at approx. 50% and 2 at 70-80% each, working during days, evenings, and weekends. One position is permanent, and the other is a parental leave substitute with no fixed duration yet, but starting no later than August. Our client has double assistance around the clock, meaning you will always work with a colleague.

The working hours are scheduled as follows, both weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00–14:15

• 14:15–21:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a bubbly 6-year-old girl with a sparkle in her eye. The workplace is located in her home, where she lives with her two mothers and siblings. In this house, there is always a lot of activity, as is common in families with children. As an assistant here, you will be part of an adventure full of play, joy, and excitement!

The duties mainly consist of care and monitoring of oxygen saturation. We have clear written routines and support in work tools, and you will always work in pairs with a colleague during each shift to ensure the best possible care.

You and your colleagues are important for her development. Together, you will help her with daily training and communication, contributing to her joy and growth. She loves adventures, swinging, and reading books - so get ready for days filled with playfulness, learning, and fun discoveries!

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a warm and engaged assistant who is child-loving, sensitive, and responsible. Previous experience, both from working life and general life, is an advantage. The duties require you to maintain focus and be careful in the various tasks.

Since you will be working in a large staff group, good teamwork skills are important. We also see that you are flexible and willing to step in with short notice if colleagues are absent.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
