Hagby Ängar is a care and support residence for people with dementia. As nursing staff at Hagby Ängar, you work to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents. You are part of a cross-professional team that collaborates across groups to provide care characterized by safety, value, and quality. The work is based on a person-centered approach with a focus on the resident's needs and wishes.

We are vigorously renovating our outdoor environment, creating spaces for gardening, horticulture, and nature-based stays, whether for activities or recreation. Animals, such as chickens and dogs, reside in our environment.

Your Responsibilities

Our mission is to provide residents with practical help and support in daily situations based on their individual needs. This includes, for example, nursing care, social interaction, activities, meals, clothing care, medication administration, and more.

Working as a nurse aide with us means working with care and professionalism in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. It also involves working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives.

As a nurse aide, you follow the laws and guidelines that exist, such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nurse aide. As a person, you are attentive, understanding, and considerate. You handle stress in a constructive way, maintaining a good mood under pressure and setbacks. Furthermore, we see that you are structured, meticulous, can follow instructions, and plan your work well. You also find it easy to collaborate with others.

You master the Swedish language to a level where you can communicate with the individuals we serve, relatives, colleagues, and carry out written documentation.

Job Information

We are looking for a nurse aide for a full-time day/evening/weekend position and a nurse aide for a full-time night position. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
