We are now looking for engaged production staff for our client in Malmö, who operates within food production. The company produces meat-based food products and offers a modern production environment where quality, hygiene, and safety are in focus.

The work takes place in a cool production environment and involves varied tasks within production. We are looking for you who thrive with physical work, have a high focus on quality, and feel comfortable working with meat products.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, 12:00–21:00.

• Work in food production with meat-based products
• Inspection and quality control of products
• Machine operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Packaging and handling of finished products
• Ensuring that hygiene and food safety routines are followed
• Cleaning and simple maintenance of workstations

We are looking for you who are meticulous, responsible, and thrive working at a high pace. You have good teamwork skills and are flexible when tasks vary. Previous experience from food production, clean rooms, hygienically classified environments, or other production activities is advantageous.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid forklift license A1-A4
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety
• Driver's license and access to a car is advantageous
• Experience from food production or other manufacturing industry
• Experience with machine operation, inspection, or quality control

You need to be comfortable working in a cool production environment and with meat products. The work is physically demanding and suits you who thrive with active work where quality and precision are crucial.
