As a Traffic Manager, you are a key person in solving the challenges we face. Together, we create an innovation culture that drives development. At PEX Bud in Sweden, approximately 20 employees work, with 2 people responsible for traffic management in Region South, based in Toftanäs, Malmö. The team performs both traffic management and customer service regarding local, national, and international courier services. The role of Traffic Manager is a fixed-term contract for study leave for approximately 1.5 years, between August 31, 2026, and January 21, 2028.

What you will do

• Lead and distribute courier assignments to contracted haulage companies and partners at a high pace
• Create and maintain a cost-efficient operation of the business
• Handle customer calls and bookings
• Create need-adapted solutions for our courier customers
• Ensure good relationships both internally and externally to deliver added value to both customers and suppliers

What you bring with you

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in transport, forwarding, haulage, or taxi operations
• A position where you had coordinating and planning responsibility
• A role where you had the phone and planning systems as your main work tools
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
