Experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift License? We are looking for you for a client in Malmö!

Are you an experienced warehouse operative who thrives in a role where you take ownership and work at a fast pace? Do you enjoy varied working days involving everything from forklift driving and warehouse management to customer contact and working in business systems? Then this assignment might be for you!

We are currently looking for a warehouse operative for a client in Malmö. The assignment starts on August 1st and initially lasts for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension. You will be employed as a consultant by Adecco.

About the role

Our client operates a 3PL warehouse where various companies store their goods. This means you will become an important part of the daily operations, working with both incoming and outgoing goods. The role is varied and combines practical warehouse work with administrative tasks and customer contact.

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Picking and handling of goods
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift driving
• Inbound and outbound deliveries
• Warehouse administration and working in business systems
• Inventory and updating stock status
• Customer contact in connection with the dispatch and receipt of goods
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse flow

Working hours are Monday–Friday from 07:00–16:00.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in warehouse work and accustomed to working independently. You take responsibility for your tasks, see what needs to be done, and have no problem taking initiative when the pace is high.

Since a large part of the work takes place in various business systems, you are also a proficient computer user and feel comfortable with administrative work. You are detail-oriented, structured, and have a good understanding of the importance of order and quality.

Since you will become part of a smaller team, it is important that you are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. You enjoy customer contact, communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues, and have the ability to handle different expectations in a fast-paced operation.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in warehouse and/or terminal work
• Forklift license A+B and good experience in forklift driving
• Good computer skills and experience working in business systems, as well as numeracy skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good teamwork skills
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English

About the employment

You will be employed as a consultant by Adecco and work on-site at our client's premises in Malmö. The assignment starts on August 1st and initially lasts for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension.
