We are now looking for an engaged and self-reliant crusher operator for our mobile crushing operations in southern Sweden.

About the role

As a crusher operator with us, you are a key person in production. You are responsible for material handling around the mobile crushing plant and ensure that the process flows efficiently from incoming material to finished product.

Your main tasks will include:

• Operating wheel loaders and managing material flows
• Monitoring and optimizing the crushing process
• Ensuring quality, production, and capacity
• Performing daily inspections, service, and preventive maintenance
• Carrying out simple repairs and troubleshooting
• Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace

The work takes place at various sites in Halland, Småland, and Skåne, which involves travel and occasional overnight stays away from home during the work week.

Requirements

• Valid license for operating wheel loaders
• Good technical understanding
• Experience using digital tools and various systems

• Valid license for operating excavators
• Experience from crushing, quarrying, or contracting operations
• Knowledge in welding, mechanics, or repairs
