Home Interviewer at Verian

We are hiring immediately and will continue to hire as needed. Therefore, positions may be filled before the application deadline. The work will take place in September, October, and November, with a possible extension into spring 2027 and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys meeting new people, and wants a flexible side job. Your task is to interview participants in their home environment. In some municipalities, interviews may take place in your local area, throughout the entire municipality, or in adjacent areas.

What the job requires of you

• The job demands the highest standards of confidential handling of information and secrecy.
• A high degree of integrity. You visit people in their homes and hear their opinions.
• You keep your work materials organized and in order.
• You are comfortable meeting new people.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You take responsibility and achieve agreed-upon goals within the set timeframe.
• You are proficient with digital screens (tablets) and communicate via email.
• You read and speak Swedish fluently.
• You have a driver's license and access to a car.

As a home interviewer, you conduct interviews with selected individuals. You visit them at home or at a café, library, or similar location. You work from a pre-prepared list of names of selected individuals whom you contact and schedule for an interview. The interview is carefully designed, and questions are asked in exactly the same way by all interviewers in all countries. Response options are fixed, and questions may cover both national and international themes. You handle questions and answers using a tablet.
