Do you want to become part of a production team where quality and safety are evident in everyday life – and where significant progress is also being made? Hjulsbro Steel is in an exciting development phase and is now looking for two machine operators for its operations in Linköping.

This is a fixed-term position with good opportunities for permanent employment.

You will step into an established industrial environment with clear routines, high responsibility, and a culture where the job is solved together.

About the job

As a machine operator, you work close to the production and play an important role in keeping the flow stable and the quality high. You work with both monitoring and practical work in production, and collaborate closely with colleagues and management.

The position is full-time. The work is performed in shifts (day/evening).

Your responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and set up machines in production
• Follow instructions and routines for quality and safety
• Check quality, document, and report deviations
• Simple troubleshooting and actions during stoppages
• Team collaboration and clear handovers during shift changes
• Forklift driving may be included if you have the necessary license

Extra plus if you have

• Experience from production, industry, or as a machine operator
• Forklift license and/or crane license
