Gothenburg RoRo Terminal specializes in RoRo and vehicle handling and is a vital part of the Swedish import and export chain.

About the role

The role involves tasks such as operating machinery, loading and unloading cargo, as well as manual work like driving and securing cargo. Your daily duties may also include forklift operation, efficient stacking and storage of products, and other tasks associated with terminal operations.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working physically and outdoors, regardless of the weather. You view safety as an important part of your work to prevent accidents. It is also important that you can handle stress and maintain focus in high-pressure situations, as the pace at the terminal is fast. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and see this role as suitable for someone who is self-assured, responsible, and enjoys teamwork.

Many of the tasks are specific to the workplace and require training. Therefore, participation in one of the following training sessions is a requirement for the role:

Training session 1: Week 40

Training session 2: Week 41

Training session 3: Week 42
