About the Role

As a white goods service technician with us, you will enjoy a varied and independent daily routine, working closely with both customers and colleagues. You will handle a broad range of tasks including service, repairs, and some installation of white goods and laundry room equipment. The role offers freedom with responsibility, allowing you to largely plan your own workday with support from an accessible manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing service and repairs on white goods and laundry machines
• Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
• Carrying out simple installations
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and ensuring high service standards

You will become part of a larger team with diverse skills and strong cohesion, all working together to ensure sustainable and secure operations in our client’s properties.

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a role that combines technical skills with customer interaction. You have a solution-oriented mindset, enjoy working in a structured manner, and remain flexible when daily routines change.

You are a trustworthy person who takes ownership of your work and easily builds good relationships – with both customers and colleagues. For us, your personal qualities are just as important as your technical competence.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• At least two years of experience as a service technician, preferably within white goods
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity, electronics, and mechanics
• Good communication skills in Swedish (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency with computers, as all reporting is done digitally
• A valid B-class driver’s license
