About the role

We are growing in the West region and are now looking for a proactive colleague who wants to become part of a cohesive and dynamic team with various areas of expertise. The role of Operations Technician primarily involves fault reporting, planned maintenance, and care of the customer's properties – in this case, stations and depots, which means a varied and developing work environment. The work includes planning maintenance measures, as well as handling acute situations. We constantly strive for reduced environmental impact and resource efficiency for our customers. Therefore, we believe you are also highly engaged in operations and energy optimization. Here, you become part of a team that supports each other to achieve our goals.

On-call duties may be included in the role.

About you

We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in the role of Operations Technician, we see that you are social, perceptive, knowledgeable, and interested in technology. Since this is a free and independent role, it requires you to be responsible and flexible. You have a solution-oriented approach to the problems you face and are good at completing your tasks. Furthermore, you have a structured way of working, good planning skills, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team where you contribute to good collaboration within the group. As a person, you are also communicative and trustworthy with a strong customer focus. In your contact with customers and colleagues, you represent Luotea with your high sense of service.

To succeed in the role, you need

• A University College degree of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 YH credits, or alternatively equivalent to 400 YH credits with technical drafting or building operations
• Experience in operations and service work within real estate
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in operations optimization
• Authorization for Track Access (Vistelse i spår)
• Training in control and regulation technology
• Experience in electricity, ventilation, plumbing, cooling, or similar.
• Experience in systematic fire safety work and sprinkler systems
